19th century old Korean Tansu from the Dongbei area in North
Korea. This is a great antique Tansu Chest in it's original
condition. Fantastic brass, original lock and paper lining inside. It
was purchased in Korea back in the 1970's and is dated to mid to
late
1800's. It has Dove tail joined casing and small wood peg joining on the
drawers. Heavy duty decorative hammered brass hardware and trim. I have
several old Japanese Tansu's that I will be adding to the website in the
near future. You are welcome to stop by our warehouse to browse our
inventory. 31.75" high by 33.25" wide and 16" depth from front to back.
